GENERAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER

We are in the Factory-Built Housing Industry with 14 sales locations throughout the south-eastern United States. We are looking to bring on an experienced sales leader with a documented history of success who thrives in a fast-paced environment to lead our location. We build our success on the success of others, and the ideal candidate for this role not just a manager, but a leader who motivates, inspires, and guides those who report to him/her. This opportunity offers a generous base salary, significant commission opportunity, and growth potential that comes with our rapid expansion.

COMPENSATION
 Significant Base Salary
 Lucrative Commissions, Overrides and Bonus Structure
 Medical and other supplementary benefits
 Paid time off
 Ongoing Training and Professional Development
 On Target Earnings: $125,000 +
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Lead and develop a team of Sales Professionals
 Lead the team in selling homes at acceptable profit margins
 Lead the team to hit their personal goals and corporate expectations
 Lead sales activities to convert prospects into buyers
 Support our corporate sales training program through ongoing content review
 Maintain social media marketing campaign to drive traffic
 Maintain salespeople’s focus on high probability prospects
 Maintain the overall appearance of your retail location and model homes
 Submit complete and accurate reports pertaining to sales activities and inventory
 Contribute your input to management on our continuing improvement process
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
 3 Years of documented sales success
 3 Years of sales leadership experience in Business to Consumer Sales (B2C)
 Real Estate, Mortgage, Auto, Boat, Mobile Homes or RV Industry experience helpful, but not required
 The ability to INSPIRE others
 Strong Organizational Skills
 Proficiency in the following
o MS Office
o MS Excel
o CRM Software
o Social Media Marketing
