Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, policy updates, and upselling additional coverage options to maximize customer satisfaction.
Conduct detailed needs assessments, explain policy features clearly, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach within assigned territories through inside and outside sales approaches.
Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining regular communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and continuous account management excellence.

Experience

Licensed producers preferred, but we have options for everyone! Licensing courses and training available for anyone looking to get started.
