Full Job Description

Multi-Unit General Manager
Location: Twin Cities Metro | Salary: $85,000–$95,000 + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Jester Concepts is looking for a General Manager to lead one of our restaurant properties. We're a growing hospitality group built on strong values, positivity, humility, maturity, teachability, initiative, and accountability, and a relentless commitment to hospitality, for our guests and for each other.

What You'll Do

Deliver unwavering hospitality on the floor, present, connected, and attentive to every guest
Set the tone for a team that treats hospitality as a shared responsibility, not just a job duty
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a strong FOH and BOH team, coaching hospitality as much as skill
Manage labor, cost of goods, and budgets with a steady, thoughtful hand
Build schedules that keep the team supported and the guest experience consistent
Champion the guest experience end to end, anticipating needs, resolving concerns with care, and responding to feedback personally
Foster a culture where the team feels the same hospitality they're asked to extend to guests, respected, coached, and set up to succeed

What You Bring

4+ years of General Manager experience in restaurants or hospitality
Multi-concept leadership experience preferred
Restaurant opening experience preferred
A genuine, contagious passion for hospitality and guest service
A steady, confident decision-making style and strong financial know-how (P&L, labor, COGS, budgeting)
A leadership style rooted in accountability, humility, and follow-through
A track record of building teams that guests and each other love working with

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$95,000 base salary
Quarterly bonus potential tied to store performance
