From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we are dedicated to ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed, creating memories that our clients and their guests will cherish forever.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Onsite Event Coordinator. This position is focused on managing event day tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of weddings and other special events held at our venue. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.

Job Duties:

Coordinate and oversee all event day operations
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests during events.
Ensure that all aspects of the event run according to schedule and meet our high standards of quality.
Address any issues or concerns that may arise during events promptly and professionally.
Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of each event.
Adhere to all venue policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
Assisting in Day of Coordination services when applicable, including but not limited to: rehearsal coordination, decor setup, ceremony cueing, acting as event host, managing snacks and/or dessert table, packing up decor, etc.
Some social media assistance may be requested (providing marketing team with photos/videos from event day)

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of wedding industry trends and practices is a plus, but not required.
Past experience in event coordination preferred, but not required

Pay:

$18-$20/hr + commission opportunities*
*Working an event that has purchased our Day of Coordination package will require more duties and responsibilities, but will result in a significant hourly bonus pay.

Schedule:

Hours and days vary by week (events typically start between 8am and 10am, and coordinators leave around 7/8pm; for some events coordinators do stay as late as 12am/1am but those events will have hourly bonus pay)
Estimated 10-20+hrs/week
Mainly weekends (events typically take place Friday & Saturday, with some Thursdays and Sundays)
Day and evening shifts, ranging from 5-12hrs
Holiday shifts are rare, but they are a possibility
