Are you an experienced Reach Truck Operator looking for a stable career with a great team?

ClearStaff is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our client’s logistics team. This is a full-time, opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime potential, and attendance bonus!

This role is essential for efficiently managing inventory, executing order picking, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in equipment operation, and safety protocols. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting overall warehouse productivity. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are prioritized to meet operational goals.

Duties

Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
Perform order picking using barcode scanning technology and manual methods to fulfill customer orders accurately.
Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, updates in warehouse management systems, and proper documentation.
Load and unload shipments while adhering to OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols.
Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Support warehouse supervisor in implementing warehouse management system procedures for efficient distribution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments by following manual handling guidelines and heavy equipment operation protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency at all times.

Experience

At least six months experience operating reach trucks within a warehouse setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices.
Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling techniques, and heavy lifting safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
Prior experience in order picking, load & unload operations, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations including manual handling, heavy equipment operation, and safety standards in production environments.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing accurately.
Previous experience working under warehouse supervisor guidance with a focus on safety compliance and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience operating a Reach Truck
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
We offer a variety of shifts to fit your schedule, depending on current availability:
1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (+OT)Additional Shift Options:
Shift A: Mon – Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift B: Wed – Sat, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift C: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mon – Fri, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (+OT)Pay: $19 – $22/hour
