Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
Document medication administration and resident status accurately
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

Current CMA certification in the state of North Dakota
Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with memory care needs preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication protocols
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Reliable and dependable in fulfilling job duties
