Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. As a Front Desk Associate, you will manage daily administrative tasks, handle communication channels efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of front office activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills within a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
Handle data entry tasks with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately proofread and properly stored
Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendar updates
Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and maintaining positive communication at all times

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Experience with office management, clerical duties, and administrative support roles
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus but not required
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Technical proficiency in bookkeeping (QuickBooks), filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management
Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles that emphasize professionalism and responsiveness
