Full Job Description

CNC Programming using Fusion 360:

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT PROGRAM FOR CNC MILL AND LATHE

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances
Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience with Fusion 360
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
Proficient in operating CNC machines and using various tools and equipment
Strong knowledge of machining techniques, including milling, drilling, turning, and grinding
Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programming is preferred
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills:

Forklift operation for material handling purposes a plus
Fabrication skills for creating custom parts as needed
Proficiency in machining techniques using power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, etc.
Welding skills for joining metal components as required a plus
Familiarity with tooling selection and setup for different machining operations
