Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager for Indoor Playground to lead and oversee all aspects of our vibrant indoor entertainment facility. This role is pivotal in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests while ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and customer service, and the ability to manage diverse teams. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, safety, and exceptional guest experiences. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a lively indoor playground destination.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities within the indoor playground.
Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of guest service.
Oversee guest services to ensure visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience; address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage event planning and execution, including birthday parties, special events, and community programs to boost engagement and revenue.
Maintain operational compliance with health and safety regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and ensure staff are trained in first aid and CPR.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash handling, and inventory management to meet financial targets.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment maintenance, supplies procurement, and facility upgrades.
Utilize technical proficiency with management software such as Microsoft Office for report writing, scheduling, and record keeping.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and implementing best practices in management and customer service.

Skills

Proven experience in <PERSON> (people) management with strong leadership qualities; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in events management within entertainment venues or similar settings.
Exceptional team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Strong managerial decision-making skills with the ability to handle shift management efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution.
Experience managing operations at event venues or resort environments is advantageous.
Knowledge of budgeting processes, cash handling procedures, and operational management best practices.
Familiarity with health & safety standards including first aid and CPR certification; resort or hospitality experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest engagement.
