Overview

Are you a seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for restaurant operations and entertainment management? We are seeking a General Manager to oversee an iconic, multi-venue property in Biloxi, MS. This property includes a full-service restaurant, karaoke bar, bikini bar, speakeasy steakhouse, 20,000 sq ft event center, center bar, play area, and more.

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and high-quality entertainment programming across all venues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep restaurant experience, and excels at managing both hospitality and live entertainment teams.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of all venues, with special emphasis on restaurant and entertainment performance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a large team of venue managers, department heads, and staff across food & beverage, entertainment, and guest services.
Oversee financial performance, including budgets, P&L, payroll, and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with Venue managers, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Facilities, Security, and Executive Chef to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.
Set and enforce operational standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and outstanding entertainment presentation across all venues.
Develop innovative strategies to grow revenue, increase guest satisfaction, and enhance entertainment offerings.
Represent the property professionally with VIP guests, performers, vendors, and business partners.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience managing large restaurants, nightlife, or multi-venue hospitality properties.
Proven leadership of large teams (100+ employees) across multiple departments.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L management, and revenue reporting.
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations, nightclubs , VIP services, and live entertainment programming.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
