Property Manager / Office Manager

Rent Smart Property Management | Missoula, MT

Rent Smart Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a licensed property manager with a minimum of four years of recent, proven property management experience who is ready to take on a leadership role within our company.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems, and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Current Montana Property Manager License required.
Minimum of four years of recent property management experience.
Office management or operations management experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold a team accountable.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and understands that the little things matter.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily property management operations.
Lead and support a small, collaborative team.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed.
Build strong relationships with property owners, residents, and vendors.
Resolve complex issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
Help improve systems and processes as our company continues to grow.
