What You'll Do

Install underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and utility systems
Assist with directional drilling and underground construction projects
Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred)
Operate construction equipment after training and qualification
Support crews in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship
Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed
Work outdoors in a physically active, team-oriented environment
Follow company safety policies and help maintain a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Enjoy working with a team
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Construction, underground utility, excavation, directional drilling, or heavy equipment experience
Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment
Experience operating construction equipment
