Sales Development Representative

High-Ticket B2B Sales | Appointment Setting | $108K OTE

You know the difference between booking an appointment and actually creating a qualified sales opportunity.

You know how to pick up the phone, start the conversation, ask the right questions, handle the first objection, create urgency, and get the right person onto the calendar.

And once they are booked?

You make sure they show.

If you have done that before, know your numbers, and like being measured by results, keep reading.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for an experienced SDR / appointment setter who can confidently speak with business owners, work both warm and outbound leads, manage a pipeline, and consistently produce qualified appointments for our closing team.

Our average client signs a coaching agreement worth close to $40,000 per year, with some client relationships exceeding $100,000.

You are not booking random calls.

You are talking directly with business owners, identifying real problems in their company, and deciding whether there is enough of a fit to put them in front of a closer.

What You’ll Own

Prospecting. Work our lead sources and outbound lists every day and hit your activity numbers.

Qualifying. Find the problem. Confirm you are speaking with the decision-maker. Understand their business. Decide whether they are actually a fit.

Booking. Get the right people onto a closer’s calendar and make sure the closer knows exactly what they are walking into.

Show Rate. Confirm. Follow up. Rebook. A calendar full of no-shows does not count.

Pipeline. If they did not answer, did not book, or did not show, they are not forgotten. You keep working the opportunity.

The Money

$108,000 OTE
Top performers clear $144,000+
$5,000/month draw during your first two months
Commission only after the two-month ramp, with no cap on earnings
Standard quota: 36 qualified shows per month
Roughly 45 booked appointments at an 80% show rate
10 days PTO

What We Want

You will probably do well here if you have:

2+ years of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, inside sales, or outbound sales experience preferred
Experience booking qualified appointments for a closer
Experience talking directly with business owners or decision-makers
Experience working against real quotas and KPIs
Strong outbound calling skills
Confidence handling objections
Strong follow-up habits
Experience with warm and outbound leads
The ability to manage your own pipeline without being babysat
The ability to tell us your numbers without guessing

If we ask about your last role, you should know: What your quota was. How many appointments you booked. How many showed. How often you hit target. How many calls you made.

GoHighLevel Experience? Even Better.

We use GoHighLevel heavily.

If you already know how to work contacts, pipelines, opportunities, notes, tasks, SMS/email conversations, calendars, appointment statuses, and follow-up inside GHL, that is a big plus.

Used another major CRM? Great.

Never used a CRM and kept everything in your head?

Probably not the role for you.
