Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Operate multi-line phone systems to facilitate communication within the office and with clients.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including typing reports, creating spreadsheets, and managing calendars.
Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical duties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management and workflow.

Experience

Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical roles.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for handling financial records.
Experience in customer service or support roles is essential for interacting with clients effectively.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required.
