Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing reservations, guest inquiries, and check-in/check-out procedures. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction at every turn. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced hotel environment while making a positive impact on our guests’ stay.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through hospitality reservation systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service problem-solving skills
Maintain guest relations by ensuring their needs are met during their stay, including coordinating special requests or accommodations
Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies
Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication via phone and in person
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
