Full Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Perform routine inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure product quality and process stability.
Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain continuous production.
Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and safety incidents.
Support plant maintenance activities and participate in safety and training programs.

YOU MUST HAVE

Proven experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment with a strong focus on operational safety and process control.
Knowledge of chemical processing operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
Ability to operate process control systems and perform routine chemical sampling and analysis.
Familiarity with plant safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
Experience with instrumentation and control technologies relevant to chemical production processes.

WE VALUE

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering Technology, Chemistry, or related field is preferred.
Experience with continuous process operations and batch chemical manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance.
