FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST & OFFICE MANAGER

At Patterson Kids Dentist & Orthodontist, we are excited to expand our growing pediatric dental practice into the Patterson community. Led by Dr. Chahal, our mission is to create positive dental experiences for children while delivering exceptional care to families in a fun, compassionate, and modern environment.

Dr. Chahal has been featured on NBC and USA Today for her contributions to pediatric dentistry and currently serves as the Clinical Dental Director for the Team USA Special Olympics.

Front Office Receptionist
Office Manager

Responsibilities

Recieve the patients with a smile
Answer Calls and Check Insurance Eligibility
File for Insurance Claims
Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for children and families
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
Support team members in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

QualificationsFor Office Manager Candidates

Manage the overall office flow
Manage staff and schedule
Billing & Payment Processing
Familiarity with EagleSoft a plus
Being Bilingual is a Plus

Responsibilities for Front Office

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Meet and greet patients
Insurance Verifications
Answer Phones
