Full Job Description

Social Attendant (Part-Time)

Staybridge Suites Manteca is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Social Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team.

The Social Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining our complimentary evening Social Hour while creating a welcoming experience for guests. This role includes food and beverage service, guest interaction, setup, cleanup, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Schedule

Part-Time
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities

Set up food and beverage stations for Social Hour
Prepare and present food items according to hotel standards
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout service
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the Social Hour area
Bus tables and collect trash during and after service
Sweep, wipe down tables, sanitize surfaces, and assist with kitchen cleanup
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas
Properly store food and supplies following food safety guidelines
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Report guest concerns, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to management
Assist with other hotel operations and guest service needs as assigned

Qualifications

Previous hospitality, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong guest service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
Food Handler Card preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
