Unlimited Earning Potential: Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually through a combination of base salary and commission.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or results-driven role is strongly preferred.
Goal-Oriented Self-Starter: Highly motivated to achieve sales targets, able to work independently, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Licensing: Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of start date (we'll help guide you through the process – licensing assistance available.
Tech-Proficient: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
