Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part Time Echocardiogram Technician (s) to join our cardiovascular imaging team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sonography, and cardiac diagnostics, and a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. This role involves performing detailed echocardiographic to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Duties
- Conduct high-quality echocardiograms, including transthoracic (TTE) procedures, ensuring precise imaging for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, findings, and patient information in compliance with medical standards.
- Ensure all imaging equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume echo lab
- Certification as a as an Echocardiogram Technician (e.g., RDCS or RCS)
- Proven experience performing echocardiography in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to the cardiovascular system, and sonography principles.
