Company Overview
Founded in Jackson County, Georgia, Trinity Volleyball Academy (TVA) is a Christian-owned, family-focused, locally-owned and operated volleyball instructional program with a passion for developing skill and character in girls in our local community. We provide developmental volleyball programs and services for girls ages 7-18, and specialty training for schools, churches, and community organizations. Providing a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for our athletes is top priority, and we strive for excellence in everything we do.
Job Summary
The TVA Coach is a hands-on position that provides quality and personalized instruction to players in our program and is directly responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable learning experience that helps girls grow as volleyball players and grow in character. We are looking for team members with an entrepreneurial spirit and great work ethic who support and enhance our program. We anticipate opportunities to promote as we work to expand in fulfillment of our vision, mission, and goals.
Responsibilities
Facilitate team training sessions, clinics, and private lessons focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
Create and/or assist with creation of volleyball training curriculum
Model sportsmanship and self-control for all athletes.
Display a positive attitude and excellent customer service in all interactions with players and parents.

Outgoing and energetic personality
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys working with children
Prior volleyball coaching experience (at least 1 year is preferred)
Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and bring value to the position.
The ideal candidate for this position will have an extensive volleyball background and experience working with children. This person should be a self-starter and work well independently. This candidate must have the ability to teach volleyball fundamentals and essential game skills. This person should be capable of developing volleyball training curriculum to be used to instruct athletes in group and one-on-one training sessions. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and encourage the athletes in their care with the mindset that patience is of utmost importance when working with younger athletes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Variable depending upon session type and number of hours worked per session.
