We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) to join our vibrant and dynamic team! We are a leading cardiovascular practice dedicated to providing compassionate, top-quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions.

We are a passionate team of cardiologists, interventional radiologist, vascular surgeon, primary care physicians, physician assistant and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with heart and vascular conditions. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, and we offer a warm and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

In this role, you will:

Conduct comprehensive cardiac examinations and assessments.
Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.
Work with interventional cardiologist to develop patient specific individualized treatment plan.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs, Holter monitors, and stress tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and education.
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide pre- and post-operative care for cardiac procedures.
Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing clear and empathetic communication.
