Full Job Description

A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING/BUSINESS MANAGEMENT POSITION

Up to a full-time position requested. Flexible hours may be negotiated. On location at Golfco International’s production facility in Redmond, WA.

Golfco International has been a designer and manufacturer of unique replacement parts for mowers and other equipment used by golf courses and sports fields world-wide for over 33 years.

We are looking for an experienced professional accountant or CPA to help manage and improve all business accounting and customer service functional areas including order management, bookkeeping and data entry activities, billing, accounts receivable, collections, purchasing, accounts payable and vendor management, inventory management, employee, payroll and payroll tax management, excise & sales tax reporting as well as assistance with marketing and sales activities. Management responsibilities include training and supervising other accounting, administration and business staff.

Candidates must be proficient with multi-user QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel and Outlook and have significant skills and experience with bookkeeping principles, procedures and accurate documentation.

The position also entails management and maintenance of all office equipment and supplies including computers, printers and other office equipment.

All employees must be able to work independently without constant supervision, contribute to safe and clean working conditions for all employees and help improve organization of the facility. All employees must be able to collaborate as team members to ensure efficient operations for all business activities.

Golfco International is a smoke free and drug free facility. Use or possession of restricted drugs at our facility is prohibited. Maintaining personal hygiene and professional attire is mandatory.
