Position Title: Hybrid Tax Accountant

We're partnering with a respected CPA firm seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join its growing practice. The Tax Accountant will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses, to deliver tailored tax solutions. The position demands a strong understanding of tax regulations and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment that fosters professional relationships and encourages growth. Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000 DOE

Tax Accountant Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, trust, and business tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients
Work with clients to understand their financial goals and provide proactive tax strategies
Manage multiple client engagements throughout the year
Communicate directly with clients regarding tax questions and planning opportunities
Assist with financial planning and consulting projects as needed
Research tax issues and stay current on tax regulations
Build strong relationships with individuals, business owners, farmers, ranchers, and other closely held clients

Tax Accountant Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience
Strong experience preparing tax returns required
Bachelor degree
Proficiency in Word and Outlook
Experience in public accounting
CPA is preferred
