Apache Camping Center, an established and respected RV dealership located in Everett, Washington has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and customer-service oriented Warranty Advisor to join our award-winning team! This position is responsible for facilitating the warranty claims process, start to finish. Schedule is Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

- Valid driver’s license in good standing
Duties Include:
- Generation of warranty claims
- Check In/inspection of new units, properly noting missing or damaged items on dealer acceptance forms, and returning completed forms to factories within designated timeframes
- Negotiate repair times and goodwill assistance from manufacturers
- Parts research, ordering and receiving, and returns
- Write/close work orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recalls and ensure technical service bulletins are performed on all units
- Provide warranty education and assistance to customers throughout their warranty term
- Source external repair companies and mobile techs as required
- Warranty payment reconciliation
- Assist with customer check-ins, answering phones, and parts inventories
- Assist sales department with special orders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
