Your Purpose

Win the work.

You'll own every step of the customer journey before construction begins.

From the first discovery call through signed contract, selections and project handoff, you'll ensure every customer feels confident while every project is organized, profitable and ready for production.

What You'll Own

Sales

Respond to qualified leads
Conduct discovery calls
Perform site visits
Build trust with homeowners
Present proposals
Close projects

Estimating & Scope Development

Develop project scopes
Build estimates
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Maintain pricing accuracy

Proposal Process

Prepare professional proposals
Review projects with customers
Manage revisions
Execute contracts

Selections

Guide customers through product selections
Coordinate vendors and suppliers
Ensure selections are completed before construction begins

Project Handoff

Prepare complete Preconstruction Packets
Conduct internal handoff meetings
Transition projects to the Project Manager and Field Leadership
Ensure every project is ready for construction

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year:

Build trusted relationships with homeowners.
Help generate $5-$10 million in profitable residential work.
Deliver accurate, organized estimates and proposals.
Create smooth transitions into production.
Improve the systems that drive our business.
Become a trusted leader within our company.
