Position Overview
As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions. You'll work alongside a supportive team focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, including:
- Therapeutic exercise
- Manual therapy
- Neuromuscular re-education
- Patient education
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Meet clinic productivity and quality standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Sports medicine
- Manual therapy techniques
- Dry needling certification (preferred but not required)
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience (preferred)
