Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects.

- Install and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.

- Ensure all work is completed according to code and company standards.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Manage inventory and tools.

- Mentor and train junior technicians.

- Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Perform all installations to the standard that we hold at Grizzly Air of a picture-perfect installation

Experience:

- Previous 2+ years of experience as a LEAD HVAC installer or technician

- Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems

- Familiarity with HVAC schematics and design principles

- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician.

- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

- Experience leading and supervising a team.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
