Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Closer to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting prospective customers into satisfied vehicle owners by expertly closing high-end automotive sales. Your energy, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships will drive our success in a competitive automotive market. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise in B2B and retail automotive sales, while supporting customers through every step of the purchasing process.

Duties

Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and in-person to generate new sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maximizing dealership profitability.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRVinsolutions) systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive industry sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills essential for client engagement and deal closing.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently.
Experience with CRM-Vinsolutions software, inventory management systems, and automotive financing options is preferred.
Previous dealership experience or familiarity with passenger car sales is required.
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and apply organizational skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
