About the Role

We are seeking a California-licensed Psychiatrist to serve as a Collaborating Psychiatrist for up to 4 experienced PMHNPs in a growing, patient-centered psychiatry practice.

The Collaborating Psychiatrist meets remotely once per month with PMHNPs to review selected clinical cases, documentation, and practice-related clinical questions. Meetings may be combined into a single one-hour monthly group meeting, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

PMHNPs see patients under their own licenses. This role does not involve direct patient evaluation, prescribing, or patient communication.

This is a structured, low-time-commitment role with high income potential — typically requiring ~1 hour per month, plus brief preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in monthly remote collaboration meetings with assigned PMHNPs
Review selected patient cases and clinical documentation during meetings
Provide clinical guidance and consultation consistent with California regulations
Ensure monthly collaboration is completed and documented per standardized procedure
Communicate reliably with the practice regarding scheduling and collaboration needs

Active California medical license in good standing
Board-certified in Psychiatry
