Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in Montrose, CO is searching for an outgoing, customer-oriented expert to join their team! Offering a Signing Bonus for pre-licensed professionals!!!!!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Mike Trujillo Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, property, and life insurance. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role is listed as hybrid (a mix of in-office and remote work); however, please note the following policy:

All new employees are required to work on-site for their first full year of employment.
After one year, employees may be considered for a hybrid schedule based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs.
Hybrid eligibility is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Candidates must reside in or near Montrose, Colorado to fulfill the on-site work requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Assist customers with policy applications.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Punctual & Reliable
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Dedicated to customer service
Experience managing client relationships is preferred
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
