Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary and hospitality operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food service, kitchen management, and team supervision to ensure the delivery of top-tier dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine dining, has extensive culinary background, and excels in managing teams and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culinary direction of our establishment while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and food service teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance.
Oversee menu planning, food production, and catering services to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Manage inventory control, including food handling, stock rotation, and cost control measures to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards across the facility.
Coordinate banquet events and fine dining services, ensuring impeccable presentation and timely delivery of meals.
Implement training programs focused on food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service excellence.
Monitor shift management activities to maintain efficiency while fostering a positive hospitality environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership with a focus on food service operations.
Extensive background in culinary arts, including food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams within a food industry setting.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and dietary department standards.
Experience in banquet service, catering, or fine dining environments preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory management and cost control effectively.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and uphold high standards of service excellence.
