Allied Direct, a division of Allied Mortgage Group is growing its Bala Cynwyd, PA Direct to Consumer Sales Team. Allied Mortgage Group is a mortgage banker currently licensed in 35 states. Primary Function

Directly responsible for converting company provided leads to funded mortgage loans.
Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals and/or other marketing campaign
Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an effective and timely manner.
Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate mortgage products.
Assist Allied’s processing team in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner.
Meet individual monthly sales goals.
Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.
Work on site -Hybrid

Requirements

Recent origination experience in the residential mortgage industry required –Multi State NMLS Licensing
Strong telephone sales and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner.
Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Proven success in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
Will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass a background check for state licensing.
Bi-Lingual a plus
