Kitchen Manager / Chef – Wild Bill’s Sports Saloon (Fargo, ND)

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000/year

Wild Bill’s Sports Saloon in Fargo is looking for a high-level Kitchen Manager / Chef who’s ready to lead from the front, build a strong team, and run a high-volume kitchen with confidence and pride.

This is not a clipboard job.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where execution, culture, and standards matter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading daily kitchen operations in a high-volume sports bar environment
Hiring, training, and developing a strong BOH team
Driving consistency, speed, and food quality at all times
Managing food cost, inventory, and ordering
Maintaining sanitation, safety, and operational standards
Working alongside your team during peak service — leading by example
Partnering with ownership/management to improve systems and performance

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef
Strong leadership presence — you can command a kitchen and build respect
Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced service
Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and kitchen systems
Team builder — you know how to hire, coach, and retain great people
Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented
