Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and digital communication channels to introduce life insurance options.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable insurance products.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance.
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options effectively to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details accurately.
Stay informed about industry trends, health insurance knowledge, property casualty insurance, and regulatory updates to provide expert advice.
Collaborate with team members on client communication strategies and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities.
Solid understanding of insurance sales processes, life insurance, needs analysis.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration tools to streamline workflow.
Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
