Full Job Description

About the Role:

As a Corporate Recruiter based in Huntsville, AL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s growth and success by building a strong, diverse, and skilled workforce aligned with our strategic goals. Collaborating closely with department leaders, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet evolving business needs. Ultimately, your role will be essential in fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that supports long-term employee engagement and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
Experience recruiting in the business services industry or related sectors.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Experience with data-driven recruitment and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, candidate communications, and feedback collection to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the hiring process.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting equitable hiring practices.

Skills:

The required skills enable the recruiter to efficiently manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating clear and effective dialogue throughout the recruitment cycle. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools allows for organized tracking of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
