Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing, Media, and Community Outreach Manager to lead our brand visibility and engagement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft innovative marketing campaigns, manage multi-channel outreach efforts, and foster meaningful community relationships. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a knack for data-driven decision making, digital marketing expertise, and team leadership skills. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and advertising channels to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google AdWords, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Oversee content marketing initiatives including content writing, graphic design, copywriting, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Implement marketing automation tools and manage CRM systems to streamline outreach efforts, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Manage budgets for advertising sales initiatives and community outreach programs while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Drive demand generation marketing strategies that attract new audiences and retain existing supporters through targeted messaging and performance marketing tactics.
Provide general customer service representative responsibilities including; greeting customers in a friendly manner, answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, weigh customers vehicles and materials upon entry and exit using computerized scale systems, accurately process transactions and prepare documentation, enter and maintain accurate customer data, maintain a clean and professional work area.
Participate in daily office cleaning duties on a rotating schedule with one other office employee.
Design and manage billboard, signage, vehicle wrap, print advertising, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update company website content.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of demolition projects, construction activities, completed projects, equipment, employees, and company events.
Serve as a company ambassador within the community.
Distribute company marketing materials and business cards.
Attend business events, trade shows, chamber functions, community meetings, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing required; equivalent education and relevant marketing experience may be considered.
Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams with demonstrated leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
Strong proficiency in SEO techniques, WordPress website management, HTML coding basics, and web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
Expertise in multichannel marketing including social media marketing campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and digital performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), graphic design skills preferred.
Knowledge of implementing marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo along with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent content writing skills coupled with research capabilities to develop compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze data for insights that inform campaign adjustments; experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising is essential.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and demand generation techniques is highly desirable.
