Full Job Description

Overview
We are a faith based company. Join our dynamic team as a Case Manager and become a vital advocate for children navigating complex social, behavioral, and health challenges. In this energetic role, you will coordinate comprehensive support services, facilitate access to community resources, and empower clients to achieve stability and independence. Your proactive approach will help transform lives by providing compassionate guidance, crisis intervention, and tailored solutions that meet each child's unique needs. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs across behavioral health, child welfare, and social services.
Develop personalized care plans that incorporate crisis management strategies, motivational interviewing techniques, and resource linkage.
Provide crisis intervention support to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety during emergencies.
Coordinate with service providers on programs such as Section 8 housing and childcare services.
Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary while maintaining detailed documentation of interactions and outcomes.
Advocate for clients by facilitating access to community resources, including behavioral health services, and child welfare programs.

Qualifications

BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
Must be over the age of 21
Proven experience in social work, behavioral health, or related fields with a strong foundation in crisis intervention and crisis management.
Knowledge of child counseling techniques and motivational interviewing methods.
Prior supervising experience or mentoring skills are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy while maintaining clear boundaries.
Relevant certifications in crisis intervention or behavioral health are a plus; a background in childcare or mentoring is beneficial.
