About Major League Media
Major League Media is a growing New Jersey-based marketing and content agency that works with businesses across construction, home improvement, restaurants, fitness, retail, and other industries.
We are looking for a versatile content professional who can help shoot, edit, organize, and publish high-quality content for our clients. This is not a basic social media posting position. The right person must be comfortable handling the full content process, from capturing footage and editing videos to designing graphics and managing organic social media accounts.
We are essentially looking for another well-rounded creative who can step into a role similar to our current videographers and content producers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations to shoot photo and video content
- Film construction projects, completed projects, business owners, employees, products, and services
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid advertisements
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Complete basic photo editing, resizing, cropping, and color adjustments
- Create social media graphics and covers using Canva
- Write captions and organize content for multiple client accounts
- Schedule and publish organic content across social media platforms
- Maintain consistent branding, quality, and messaging for each client
- Review footage and identify the strongest hooks, clips, transitions, and project details
- Communicate with clients and the Major League Media team regarding content requests and revisions
- Keep content calendars, folders, and client assets organized
- Help develop new content ideas based on each client’s services and goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience shooting professional photo and video content
- Experience creating and posting social media content for a construction, home improvement, contracting, design, or similar business
- Understanding of construction projects and the ability to recognize important details while filming
- Basic photo-editing skills
- Experience using Canva
- Experience managing or posting content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content
- Ability to manage content for multiple brands at the same time
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional videography or photography experience
- Experience filming active construction sites and completed projects
- Experience working for a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of current social media trends, hooks, captions, and video formats
- Experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You should be just as comfortable filming at a construction site as you are editing a Reel, creating a Canva cover, writing a caption, or scheduling posts for a client.
You must have a strong eye for content and understand that successful social media management requires more than simply uploading a photo or video. You should be able to recognize what makes a project visually impressive, capture the right footage, and turn it into professional content that represents the client properly.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
