We’re seeking dedicated Newborn Care Specialists and Postpartum Doulas to join our nationwide team! If you have specialized training in newborn care and a commitment to providing expert guidance to parents while nurturing infants, we’d love to connect with you.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doula, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of newborns while empowering parents. Your responsibilities will include:

Infant feeding – Assisting with breast and bottle feeding to ensure proper nourishment
Bottle & pump part sanitation – Cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing feeding equipment
Diapering & basic infant care – Keeping infants comfortable and well-cared for
Sleep support – Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines
Soothing & comfort – Helping babies settle back to sleep as needed
Tracking schedules & routines – Logging feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns
Nursery upkeep – Keeping baby’s space tidy and organized
Parent education – Offering guidance on newborn care best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Completion of a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula Training (or be an RN with newborn-specific experience)

✔ Residency or accommodations in New Jersey or willing to commute to New Jersey.

✔ Infant CPR certification (or willingness to renew/obtain)

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Up-to-date Tdap vaccination

✔ Must be 18 years or older

✔ A commitment to inclusive, judgment-free care for families of all backgrounds
