Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and decorate cakes according to specifications for special orders and walk-in customers.
Assist in maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and customers.
Ensure all cake products meet Dairy Queen® standards of quality and excellence.
Keep the cake production area clean and organized, following health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Ability to operate cake and soft serve equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain adequate inventory of decorated cakes for peak occasions.
Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.
Work as part of a cohesive team to deliver consistent quality and service.
