Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and daily feedback to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and overall team performance. Make staffing decisions that protect the culture and performance of the store.
Sales & Performance Management
- Own your store’s sales performance. Set clear goals, track key metrics (sales, ticket size, labor, and inventory), and consistently improve them. Coach your team to actively sell, not just serve, and execute promotions with purpose to drive revenue growth and hit targets.

Address customer questions, concerns, and issues immediately and professionally to build trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
