Job Description

The George McCranie Law Firm is looking for a new team member. Our team is carefully selected to create and deliver an amazing customer experience. In this role, you’ll grow your career by connecting with our customers and offering them our different services. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. That’s right. We will provide you with in-house training. NO WORKING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

What You’ll be Doing

Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, recommending services with compassion, or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or exceptional. You need to have a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers through some of the more difficult times in their lives.

As a Front Desk/Office Assistant, you will not only manage the front desk but also support other departments such as Criminal and Immigration by filling forms, assisting customers with general questions, and working directly with the lawyers. You will be responsible for:

Calendaring events
Preparing preformed documents for review
Typing with accuracy
Communicating effectively with clients and team members
Answering the phones and corresponding with clients
Performing customer service and sales tasks by meeting with potential new customers face-to-face or through outbound phone calls
Handling multiple reports and data entry
Performing customer follow-up
Working with different software programs
