Full Job Description

We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and possess good customer service skills. We are looking for someone who will show up every scheduled day on time. The position would be working where needed in both departments.

Rental Duties:
Determines needed items by interviewing customers; determining equipment uses and specifications, Completes rental contracts by entering identification information; explaining rental policies and procedures; obtaining customer signatures, Collects revenue by computing rental charges; examining and entering credit cards; examining and verifying checks; receiving cash, checking inventory daily for availability of equipment,

Parts duties:

Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs, Experience in parts ordering is preferred. Supplies Service Technicians and customers with parts as required, Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly, Performs Parts Duties including taking inventory and stocking parts for the parts department.

The applicant must have a high energy level and be able to handle multiple tasks while being organized and detail oriented. The position does require some Saturdays.

A background check and drug test are required for employment.

Summary

As a Parts and Rental Equipment Assistant, you will support daily parts sales and equipment rental operations, ensuring accurate transactions and exceptional customer service. You will assist customers, process orders, and manage parts availability. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will perform physical inventory counts, and coordinate with service teams to meet department and customer needs. Your mechanical knowledge and strong communication will drive accurate parts support and efficient equipment rentals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
