Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.

Assist with monitoring deliveries, contractor activity, and vehicle entry and exit in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
