Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, food production, menu planning, and culinary innovation. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences that delight guests and uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage diverse teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with established standards for fine dining and catering services.
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences.
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and cost control measures to optimize food costs and minimize waste.
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate banquet and catering operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality service for large events.
Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, manage scheduling, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing strategies, and overall food management initiatives to maximize profitability.

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings.
Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management with a strong emphasis on culinary excellence.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, cost control techniques, and food safety protocols including sanitizing procedures.
Experience overseeing banquet services, catering events, or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Familiarity with dietary accommodations and managing dietary departments to meet various guest needs.
