Position Overview
Tech 2000 Woodworks is a premier manufacturer of commercial architectural millwork and casework, serving general contractors, architects, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, and other commercial clients throughout the region.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Procurement Responsibilities to lead commercial millwork projects from award through close out while also overseeing purchasing, material take-offs, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material tracking to support production schedules.
This role serves as the primary connection between clients, engineering, production, vendors, installers, and field personnel, ensuring projects move efficiently from coordination through fabrication and final installation.
The Project Manager owns the success of each project—including scheduling, purchasing, communication, coordination, material procurement, and problem solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable reading architectural drawings and specifications, and able to manage multiple fast-paced commercial projects while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
If you enjoy turning architectural designs into finished products and being part of a team that creates spaces people will enjoy for years to come, we'd love to hear from you.
