Entry Level Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

HyPro is looking for dependable individuals with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. No machining experience? No problem — we provide training for the right candidates. With HyPro, you’re starting a career, not just a job.

What We Offer

Starting wage of $19/hour plus a $2/hour shift premium
$1,000 sign-on/referral bonus

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
Load and unload parts and materials
Perform quality inspections using measuring and gauging equipment
Follow safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Blueprint reading experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing or machine experience is helpful, but not required
High school diploma or GED preferred
