Full Job Description

Summary/Objective

Graphic Village is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial systems, and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems such as Sage, Coupa, Ariba, and other platforms
Ensure proper general ledger coding and maintain accurate financial documentation
Split and allocate invoices across multiple markets and/or vendors as required
Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
Support general bookkeeping activities
Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and determine appropriate invoice allocations
Apply technical accounting knowledge to support daily financial operations

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems preferred
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with governmental or nonprofit accounting standards is a plus
Solid analytical skills, including the ability to review financial data and perform account analysis
Effective communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and problem-solving skills required
