Full Job Description

Individual Support Home Health Agency is seeking a dependable scheduler with good work ethic, amazing customer service, great communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a team player. You must be able to multitask, be self-motivated, and be able to work through stress with a positive attitude. As a scheduler, you are responsible for coordinating and communicating care between our clients and staff to help ensure they are receiving the highest possible quality of care. At times you may be required to staff clients, if needed.

This position requires the ability to treat coworkers, caregivers, and clients with respect, privacy, dignity, and kindness at all times.

Requirements:

Experience of at least 1 year in the home health field
Current HHA/CNA License
Availability of 8a-5p Monday-Friday & On Call Rotation (1 position)
Willingness to staff clients as needed
At least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License
Be able to pass a background check & drug screen
Be able to comply with HIPAA guidelines
Previous scheduling experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
